Research On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Sino-russian Energy Industry Cooperation

Energy is the necessary product of a country’s economic development because it is related to the lifeblood of the country’s economy,and has been widely valued by all countries in the world.To some extent,energy is closely related to national security.However,due to the geographical constraints on the distribution of energy resources,the distribution in the world is not uniform.Therefore,in order to ensure their energy supply,countries with abundant energy resources need to import energy from other countries in addition to actively explore and tap their own energy.As one of the world’s top energy producers and exporters,Russia’s energy cooperation with China,the world’s largest energy consumer,is particularly important.Based on the background of Sino Russian energy industry,it is necessary to analyze Sino Russian energy industry cooperation so as to have a deeper understanding of Sino Russian energy industry cooperation.Firstly,this paper puts forward an overview of the relevant theoretical basis for regional integration theory,energy cooperation related institutional cooperation theory,mutual demand theory,factor endowment theory,geo economics theory.Secondly,it puts forward the current situation analysis and existing problems of China Russia energy industry cooperation.This paper analyzes the impact of energy industry cooperation between the two countries.Finally,in view of the problems in the cooperation between the two sides,the paper analyzes the countermeasures and puts forward suggestions from the perspectives of Russia,China and the cooperation between the two sides.Through the analysis of the factors of energy cooperation between China and Russia,we can see that the prospect of energy cooperation between China and Russia is very considerable.From the perspective of the benefits brought by energy cooperation to both sides,China can not only make up for the insufficient domestic energy supply by importing energy from Russia,but also realize the diversification strategy of energy import sources,promote the economic development of the Far East and improve its infrastructure.From the perspective of the feasibility of cooperation,although the energy cooperation between China and Russia is facing various constraints from all walks of life,both sides need to adhere to political mutual trust,further improve relevant laws and regulations,and carry out diversification of energy cooperation.To improve the mechanism setting of Russia’s energy industry price,reduce the excessive requirements of the Russian domestic government for the energy industry tax,strengthen the technical cooperation between the industries of both sides,through the cooperation and coordination mechanism,we can solve the problems encountered by both sides in the energy industry cooperation and promote the implementation of the project.
