Electric vehicles have become the main force of new energy vehicles due to their advantages of high energy efficiency, but due to their limited range, they will cause range anxiety when driving on intercity expressway, which has always been the focus of researchers. This paper takes expressway charging stations as the research object, and studies the design and planning of expressway charging stations based on mileage anxiety, specific service level and power grid capacity. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the traffic flow of the expressway is simulated dynamically by using the link transmission model, and the traffic flow is predicted scientifically. At the same time, the M/M/S queuing theory model is adopted to obtain the waiting time of users in line for charging under different traffic flows.Secondly, the model of EV charging station based on multi-demand is established. The demands of investors, grid operators and users are considered comprehensively, and the influence of anxiety factor on range is also considered.Under the scenario of satisfying a certain service level, the power grid capacity constraint is comprehensively considered, establish the goal of minimizing the average annual construction and maintenance cost based on the requirements of investors and power grid operators, and establish a multi-objective optimization model with the lowest annual waiting time cost based on the requirements of users. The multi-objective problem and its solution are described. The Pareto solution is obtained by Chebyshev polymerization. Then, the application of MOEA/D based on decomposition in expressway charging station planning is described. The charging station planning is carried out on the beijing-jinan section of the beijing-taiwan expressway G3 national expressway, and the spatial and temporal distribution of traffic flow in the expressway network is obtained by using the dynamic traffic simulation based on the link transmission model and the ratio of OD daily traffic flow.By applying the established multi-objective model and solving it with MOEA/D based on decomposition, the optimal planning location of charging station, number of charging piles and cost can be obtained. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the impact factor of charging station planning is carried out.Firstly, the optimal planning scheme obtained is compared with the existing planning.Secondly, the influence of interest preference on planning site selection is studied. Then the relationship between the number of charging piles and the cost for a fixed single station is studied. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of charging station location to battery capacity is studied.
