Lithium-ion batteries have been born since 1991,and have now experienced a quarter of a century of development.With the development of the new energy automobile industry,the power lithium-ion battery has been welcoming for more than ten years since 1995.During the development period,China's power-type lithium-ion battery companies have also achieved rapid development under the impetus of relevant national policies.Currently,the power lithium-ion batteries currently on the market are mainly divided into two technical routes: lithium iron phosphate and ternary lithium battery.However,with the adjustment of the government subsidy policy,the requirements for the power lithium-ion battery are getting higher and higher,which brings certain challenges to the choice of the existing technology route.Different companies have taken different countermeasures based on this.In this paper,through the method of patent search and analysis,the application trend,application subject,application category and technical composition of the dynamic lithium-ion battery cathode materials are searched and analyzed,and BYD Auto Co.,Ltd.is taken as an example to apply for related patents.And the choice of technology path for analysis,in order to obtain future technology roads related to power lithium-ion batteries Optional and recommended countermeasures enterprise patent application layout.This paper firstly uses the policy background as the introduction,through the analysis of the working principle of lithium-ion battery,the necessity of the path selection of the power lithium-ion battery technology is clarified,and then the global power lithium-ion battery cathode material is analyzed by data analysis and comparative analysis.The patent application was analyzed and collated,and a case study was conducted for BYD Auto Co.,Ltd.:(1)At present,the global power lithium-ion battery cathode material is in a “super-strong” situation,and Japan has strong technology in this technology field.Advantages,China has certain late-coming advantages in this technology field;(2)Since2014,the research and development of cathode materials for dynamic lithium-ion batteries has entered a certain bottleneck period;(3)BYD Auto's patent on lithium iron phosphate battery Most of the applications are for the improvement of their production and processing technology,and do not involve basic patents.Finally,based on the above analysis,it is concluded that the research and development focus of future power lithium-ion batteries will once again focus on the development of new materials for positive electrodes,rather than merely improving the existing materials.
