With the development of automobile technology and the improvement of people's material and cultural life,it is no longer satisfied that automobiles are only used as vehicles to provide travel or as a means of transportation,but pay more attention to the comfort and safety performance brought by them.As an important part of the car,the car seat is responsible for the safety of drivers and passengers.The connecting parts of the upper part of the car seat slides and slides are the important parts that affect the safety of the car seat.The assembling technology of car seat frame frame is directly related to the rider's comfort and safety.Because of the irregularity of manual operation and low fault tolerance,the traditional tooling technology of sliding trough bracket for automobile seat is easy to cause the asynchronism of sliding rail movement in the whole frame after assembly,thus affecting its comfort and safety.In order to solve the shortcomings in the design and manufacture of the tooling for the sliding groove bracket of the automobile seat,a better assembly process system for the frame of the automobile seat is established.Starting from the safety measures taken in the manufacturing process of automobile seat parts at home and abroad,this paper briefly describes the necessity of automation and intellectualization of the assembly process of automobile seat frame skeleton,then introduces the main process of the connection and assembly process of automobile seat chute bracket,and focuses on TPS(error-proof bolt tightening)system,the non-standard equipment involved in this paper,which can be used in a certain degree.To some extent,combining with ergonomics theory,it improves the safety and reliability of assembly operation,reduces the working intensity of operators,greatly guarantees the safety and reliability of automobile seat frame assembly;then,it designs the hardware of the tooling system of automobile seat chute bracket;finally,it compiles the core PLC software program of the tooling operation involved,using P LC circuit logic control equipment and peripheral tools,complete the action coordination between various components of tooling,improve bolt leakage,torque error,tightening sequence error,process parameters can be saved and traced one by one,and realize the intelligent manufacturing process.The assembly tooling design of the car seat chute bracket completed in this paper is simple,intelligent and efficient,which greatly improves the safety,reliability and comfort of the car seat,and embodies the production concept of people-oriented technology.This design can be standardized in manufacturing plants.
