With the increasing competition in the automotive seat industry and the increasing use and perfection of computer-aided technology,automotive seat manufacturers now use various types of analysis software to simulate standard experiment conditions,in order to process the computer-aided analysis which simulates the automotive seat experiments,to being an early guidance,and cost savings.In this paper,the nonlinear finite element analysis and Tcl/tk based on the secondary development of HyperMesh technology are combined to solve the problem of the simulation of the seat belt fixed point experiment,seat headrest static performance experiment,seat backrest skeleton assembly strength experiment,the finite element analysis of the experiment is carried out to summarize the conventional flow of the finite element analysis of the nonlinear mechanical experiment of the automotive seat,and then the pre-processing module of the process automation is established according to the Tcl/Tk language-based HyperMesh secondary development platform according to the conventional process,to reach the purpose of improving the research and development efficiency.First of all,through the seat experiment of the relevant standard information and literature,make a introduction of the seat belt fixed point experiment,head restraint static performance experiment,backrest skeleton assembly strength experiment,according to experiment conditions selected solver LS-DYNA for simulation.In this paper,the geometric model of the seat and various parameters are from the actual seat experiment finite element analysis project,the project focuses on the overall seat and the parts in the standard experiment performance of the mechanical properties,and its mechanical properties.Performance to make predictions to guide the design and modification of the seat,so the focus of this article is the seat system experiment conditions of mechanical performance and characterization.Secondly,the finite element model of the seat under each standard experiment condition is established in the HyperMesh pre-processing software,and the finite element model of the same or similar experiment condition is studied for each different type of seat experiment condition,and through various types of channels to be verified.After the modeling is completed,the finite element simulation of the seat experiment is carried out and the calculation results are analyzed,whether the seat is judged by the actual experiment and guide the modification of the seat model.At the same time,the secondary development step can be the content of the process.Finally,according to the previous summary of the pre-processing steps to determine the secondary development of the integrated or simplified content,the use of HyperMesh software comes with the process editor software Process Studio prepared seat CAE analysis process pre-processing system,and in the seat of each Finite element modeling process to verify the correctness and feasibility of the process system.
