The purpose of this project is to find a set of improvement methods that are difficult to be duplicated by others through the transformation of lean production and to generate benign genes as well that can be duplicated and iterated internally to achieve benign operating efficiency improvement,in order to reduce costs and find the boundary of best practices.Value stream analysis with a new way of thinking will be taken as the main method for the project. This project will develop value analysis mainly on strategy and management.Through the ideal plant planning,it tries to reverse the future value stream progressive improvement,to emphasize the logic between combination of information connection and physical improvement, and to strengthen communication and agile as well.In the context of limited resources, with the business management quality as a judge basis all along, improvements will be made on points which take effect on strategy and management, then the objective of the study will be realized; In this project, new value flow analysis tools such as PQPR profile analysis, pull rules and inventory rules have been used to get final solidification through informatization and layout. Then the ultimate goal that is the long-term blueprint of continuous flow, informatization and intellectualization of ideal plant planning will be realized. Finally the project has achieved good results:the per capita efficiency increased by 67%in three years from 2015 to 2018,and the labor cost rate decreased from 7.59%in 2015 to 5.78%in 2018,with a decline of 34.6%,material inventory turnover increased from 8.7 in 2015 to 13.5 in 2017.Related improvements are still ongoing, and I believe the results will be more obvious.
