Research On Lean Improvement Of Production Operation In V Company

This paper derive operation 3 main problems of Company V that high inventory,low production efficiency and lack of management standardization through analysis current operation statues of Company V.Then design and introduce improve method to solve these problems based on lean production theory and methods.This paper describes the development process of lean production theory and the current situation of its application at home and abroad,and introduces the relevant theories and improvement methods of lean production,such as value stream mapping,pull production system,quick changeover and production line balance,etc.The current operation status of the company,including the introduction of the organizational structure,products,production processes and the collection of value stream data such as inventory,over equipment efficiency,production line balance,cycle time,etc.,then mapping and analysis the current value stream of V company.The improvement method that created to introduced to solve the problems include: optimization of finish goods inventory structure,introduction of pull production system,VMI for raw material,SMED,line balancing and management standardization.The reduction of inventory,the improvement of production efficiency and the establishment of standardization of on-site management have been successfully realized,and the improvement of the operating level and management level of the enterprise has been realized,which has laid the foundation for the subsequent development of the enterprise.
