Steel box bar arch bridge is in a period of rapid development in our country.It is more and more favored by design workers whether in urban bridge or highway or high-speed railway bridge.However,the complex construction technology and novel construction technology of steel box arch bridge are rarely studied in our country,which directly affects the further development and application of steel box arch bridge in our country.Among them,the cable Sling system is the key Shigongfangfa and technology of the steel box arch bridge,so it is necessary to study it.Based on the research background of the underside steel box bar arch bridge in Yunnan daiyong high speed,a new unsupported cable hoisting system is designed to install the arch ribs and bridge deck girder of the underside steel box bar arch bridge.Through modeling and theoretical calculation,the feasibility and security of the cable suspension system are verified,and the relevant analysis is made on the use of the system.The main tasks are as follows:(1)The development of steel box arch bridge is introduced,and the main bridge of this type of bridge is introduced in the light of the structural characteristics of steel arch bridge.(2)This paper introduces the engineering situation,the composition,technical performance and design parameters of the cable suspension system of the steel box bar arch bridge under the Jinji Dadan River.(3)The finite element nonlinear analysis of the cable suspension system was carried out using the finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL,and the safety reserves of various parts of the cable system under various load conditions were calculated.Through the analysis and calculation,the safety of the cable suspension system is guaranteed during the whole lifting process.(4)The scheme of crooked hoisting and the plan of empty loading of the top cable saddle are put forward to solve the problem of lifting and splicing of steel box arches and bridge lattice beams without hanging platforms.The construction of arch ribs and bridge lattice beams with similar structures provides technical references.
