The fierce competition in the construction industry promotes the enterprise to enhance its competitiveness through management and realize its survival and development as well as overall benefits.Construction enterprises mainly focus on engineering construction projects.Different from the single project construction in the past,construction enterprises often undertake the construction of multiple projects at the same time,and each project needs to meet its own schedule requirements.When a construction enterprise is operating multiple projects at the same time,it should not only consider the specific needs of a single project,but also blindly pour a large number of rare resources into the enterprise for the realization of short-term goals.Instead,an enterprise should first form an overall strategic framework,position the role and status of each project in the overall strategy,and consider the progress management,resource allocation and cost control of each project as a whole from the height of the enterprise.The level of enterprise multi-project progress management determines the strength of competitiveness.The stronger the progress management ability,the higher the utilization rate of resources,the faster the enterprise capital turnover,and ultimately the better the enterprise benefit.In the implementation stage of engineering construction projects,the actual progress and planned progress will be deviated due to various reasons.If these deviations are not corrected in a timely manner,they will inevitably affect the total construction period and cost of the project,and even the construction period and cost of other projects managed by the enterprise,thereby affecting the overall benefit of the enterprise.Therefore,the integrated management of multiple project progress is very important for construction enterprises.Combined with the project management theory,this paper studies the integrated management of multi-project progress.This paper first briefly expounds the background and significance of the research,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and introduces the research content and research route of this paper.Then the concept of multi-project management and schedule management is analyzed,and the key problems of multi-project schedule management are pointed out,which provides the theoretical basis for the later research in this paper.Then it analyzes the key problems of the multi-project progress integration management,and points out four key problems in the multi-project progress integration management: multi-project work decomposition,multi-project priority,multi-project progress control,and multi-project resource allocation.Then it studies the method of multi-project progress integrated management and progress control,studies the method of multi-project work decomposition,the method of multi-project priority determination,the method of multi-project progress control based on the key chain,and the method of multi-project time-resource optimization.Then,the application and analysis of engineering practice will lead to a specific engineering case,which is based on the key chain practice and the integrated management ofmulti-project progress.The paper also illustrates the optimization of construction period and resources based on gantt chart.Finally,the conclusion and prospect are summarized,and the prospect of further research is put forward.
