| Nowadays,as the key stage of urbanization and ecological construction,the rapid development of prefabricated buildings has also brought positive impact on the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry.For prefabricated buildings,it is often designed,produced and installed in the way of information,mechanization,industrialization and standardization,so the effective control and planning of project schedule has become the key to schedule adjustment.Among them,the most common construction project schedule management involves earned value method,plan review technology,critical path method,etc.The reasonable application of these methods can not only eliminate the uncertain factors of the project,but also manage the project schedule better.However,there are many deficiencies in the application process.Therefore,the improvement scheme of reasonable optimization and allocation of relevant resources not only makes the industrial assembly mode get better adjustment,but also makes the project management benefit It has been improved rapidly.In the research process,this paper first describes the significance and background of project schedule management,and introduces the research status,research methods and research contents of domestic and foreign schedule management,and draws the technical roadmap.This paper summarizes the basic theories and concepts of this paper,such as schedule management,critical chain,prefabricated building,etc.,and the theory is based on constraint theory.Secondly,taking Pujiang new plant project as a case study,this paper describes the characteristics and general situation of the project,at the same time,it also introduces the construction management,such as the status quo,existing problems,and effectively divides the different structures of the project based on the effective combination of the project schedule,and calculates the key work,critical path and time parameters of the project by drawing the network plan And Gantt chart,determine the key work and critical path,and adjust the project schedule according to the critical chain technology.Finally,by setting the buffer zone and reasonably controlling it,so that it can have corresponding safeguard measures while setting the project schedule management scheme,and using the way of project tracking,the results of project completion are analyzed.In this paper,through the assembly construction project schedule management and critical chain schedule management method for the corresponding combination,not only for the same type of project to provide the corresponding reference and reference value,but also produced a certain theoretical significance. |
