In recent years,China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly,and the industry competition has become increasingly fierce,resulting in a decline in automobile prices and a decrease in corporate profits.As an important part of automobile logistics,parts and components logistics account for about 65% of the total cost of automobiles.Therefore,how to reduce the logistics cost of parts and components has become the goal pursued by major automobile manufacturers.Very necessary and important.The characteristics of the cycle picking method are “multi-frequency,small batch,timing,fixed point”.The pick-up vehicle starts from the starting point,picks up the goods according to the pre-planned route to the pick-up point,and finally returns to the starting point.Compared with the traditional direct mode multiple round trips,this method has a positive effect on reducing transportation costs,reducing inventory occupancy,and improving logistics operation efficiency.This paper introduces the cycle picking mode,which integrates the two most important parts of the auto parts into the factory logistics and transportation into an integration problem.Through the establishment of the vehicle routing problem(VRP)model,the improved genetic algorithm is used to seek two The optimal solution for the optimization of the logistics cost control of automotive parts.Firstly,it introduces the characteristics and main modes of the auto parts entering the factory logistics.In view of the current situation and existing problems of the auto parts logistics in China,the necessity of implementing the loop picking and the cost structure are expounded.Secondly,it analyzes the related issues affecting the implementation of the recycling,including the participants and implementation conditions of the cycle picking,the process of recycling the goods and the division of duties,the planning of the design of the recycling,and clarifying the core issues in the environment of the recycling operation.It is a vehicle routing problem(VRP),and the related algorithms for solving the vehicle routing problem(VRP)are compared.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the vehicle routing problem(VRP)model in the loop picking mode.Thirdly,combined with the characteristics of parts logistics in the factory,the paper proposes to increase the inventory limit and vehicle load constraints,and establish a cycle planning model for the cycle pickup vehicle that is consistent with the actual situation.The genetic algorithm for solving the model is designed.Based on the relevant definition of the VRP,the general genetic algorithm is improved,and the chromosome structure,initial population,constraints,genetic constraints,Fitness function,genetic operator,etc.,and test the model and algorithm through randomly generated data,draw a line chart between inventory limit and total logistics cost,and verify that the improved genetic algorithm can be obtained within an acceptable time.The best solution is obtained and has good searchability.Finally,according to the background of A-car company’s implementation of the cycle pick-up,the actual situation of the recycling pick-up application,the design of the cycle pick-up route,and the application of the model and algorithm to the actual operation of A car company,by comparing the calculation results before and after optimization,Summarize the advantages of A car company in implementing the cycle picking and the good effect of implementing the cycle picking,and verify the correctness and rationality of the model and algorithm built in this paper.
