| The cenctral plant heat recyecling technology is the main highway maintenance technology at present,and this construction technology is different from ordinary asphalt pavement.If the quality control is insufficient in the construction process,the service life and use function of recycled asphalt pavement will be greatly reduced.How to ensure the construction quality control efficiency and the construction quality of recycled asphalt pavement in the construction process is the key to the quality control in the construction process.Therefore,this paper puts forward a quality control method aiming at the key quality control indicators in the construction process of plant mixing hot regeneration,in order to realize the dynamic quality control in the construction process.Firstly,this paper analyses the particularity of the construction process of the centrol plant heat recyecling technology,and preliminary construction quality control index for the centrol plant heat recyecling technology is constructed.Then,the quality control indicators were selected by expert investigation method.On the basis of the primary indexes,the grey correlation analysis method is used to analyze the correlation between the primary key indexes and the road performance indexes of recycled asphalt pavement one by one.Finally,the asphalt content,4.75 mm sieve pass rate,13.2 mm sieve pass rate,porosity and construction temperature are determined as the key quality control indicators in the construction process of hot mixing regeneration.In order to better achieve the quality of construction process of the cenctral plant heat recyecling,this paper first constructs a "small batch construction quality control chart" based on Bayesian theory with double quality control boundaries,aiming at the key indicators(asphalt content,4.75 mm sieve pass rate,13.2mm sieve pass rate,porosity)with small number of test samples,and then uses MATLAB software and three splines.Functional interpolation method(TS)compiles the program of paving rolling temperature nephogram drawing,which makes the temperature control of paving rolling process from single point control to continuous control of paving temperature.Finally,taking AC-13 as an example,the paper draws the improved "small batch construction control charts" for the key quality control indicators of Hot-Mix recycled asphalt pavement in the process of paving,such as porosity,gradation and asphalt content,and judges whether the key quality control indicators in the construction process are in accordance with the restriction of double control boundaries.In order to reduce the probability of false alarm or false alarm of conventional control charts and improve the construction efficiency,the controllable scope should be managed.Then,according to the single point detection temperature of paving and compacting process,the temperature cloud of paving and compacting process is drawn,which makes the temperature quality control intuitive and visualized,and it is easier to find out whether the temperature distribution of the whole pavement is abnormal during paving and rolling stage. |
