| Composite armor(composed of aluminum alloy,engineering ceramics,fiberglass composites)has a very high comprehensive elastic effect,fully meet the requirements of modem tank armored vehicles for lightweight,high mobility,high protection performance,has a broad application prospects.Due to the constraints of the molding process,during the composite armor forming process,unable to accurately reserve the structure of assembly holes,slots,etc.in addition,armored vehicles,In order to achieve high precision assembly,turrets and other structures are complex,need for mechanical processing such as perforation,cutting,slotting,especially a lot of holes,Some require secondary processing when on-site assembly is required.Glass fiber composite materials,engineering ceramics are difficult to process materials,this composite armor laminated structure is more difficult to make holes,layering,hole contraction,exit damage,burr in the process of perforation,poor quality of bore,heavy tool wear,low processing efficiency,no special processing equipment currently,auxiliary equipment is unreasonable problems such as this limit the development of composite armor.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the perforation mechanism and process parameters of composite armor.This study is based on automatic perforation in processing center,grinding principle of composite glass fiber composites,Principle of indentation fracture in engineering ceramics,quality observation of tool wear and Handheld microscope perforation,study on Hole-forming Mechanism of Composite Armor.Different speeds of composite armor were developed,hole-making experiment of single parameter single factor with different feed quantity,collecting data of cutting force and vibration by CRAS,draw Trend Map,the influence of cutting force and vibration on the quality of composite armor is compared and analyzed.A new process of automatic perforation of "interface pre-stop" in processing center is presented.For the defects of stratification,collapse and fracture in the drilling process,developed the design of "marble and pneumatic pre-pressure" auxiliary assembly.Orthogonal test with different speed,different feed and different pre-pressure,quality,chip cutting,tool wear for perforation conduct analysis and measurement,find the optimal process parameters. |
