Research On The Design Of Livable Reconstruction Of Traditional Farm House Based On Regional Features

Shandong Province is a large agricultural province,but it has long been affected by the urban-rural dual structure.There are still many problems in the development of rural areas in Shandong,and even to some extent limit the economic and social development in rural areas.From the perspective of human settlements,it is difficult for a large number of traditional farmhouses in rural areas of Shandong to reach a livable level.In recent years,China has gradually attached importance to the development of rural areas,and has proposed a series of development strategies such as “beautiful rural construction” and “rural revitalization”,striving to improve the living conditions of traditional rural houses and improve the living quality of farmers.Under the guidance of the above-mentioned development strategy,this paper takes the traditional farmhouses in Shandong as the research object,and discusses the livability reform methods of traditional farmhouses from various angles.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.This paper summarizes the connotation of the livability of traditional farmhouses,including reasonable functional space,comfortable living environment and pleasant appearance.On this basis,through the field research on traditional farmhouses in Shandong,the main problems of traditional farmhouses in terms of functional space,living environment and image style are summarized,which is the basis for exploring livable transformation.2.Starting from the household's behavior pattern and family population structure,the households will be classified into certain categories,and the demand for functional space in each category will be summarized.The transformation strategy of the functional space of the rural housing will be proposed according to different needs.Starting from the three aspects of acoustic environment,light environment and thermal environment,the transformation strategy is proposed to improve the living environment of rural houses.Starting from the three aspects of modeling form,material color and detail decoration,the paper proposes a strategy to improve the image of the farmhouse.3.Combined with the transformation method obtained from the above research,taking two traditional farmhouses in Shandong as an example,the actual transformation of the farmhouse was carried out.After discovering the problems of the rural houses through the investigation,combined with the actual transformation intention of the heads of households,the transformation of the rural houses from the aspects of spatial function,indoor environment comfort and image appearance confirmed the feasibility of the proposed strategy.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the reform of rural houses in Shandong and other regions,which is of great significance to the construction of villages and towns and social and economic development in China.
