| In the context of rural revitalization, the villagers’ requirements for living environment and quality are increasing day by day,but the living space of rural houses cannot meet the needs of residents’ modern life.Currently, the government, which implements the corresponding policies, leads the reconstruction from top to bottom.Although the living environment of residents is improved to a certain extent, the actual needs and psychological feelings of users are ignored in the design and construction process, leading to the failure of the houses used after the reconstruction to fit in with the daily life of villagers.Although there are a few bottom-up individual renovation behaviors, due to the lack of relevant professional knowledge of villagers, the space after renovation becomes disorganized and systematic and does not continue the architectural characteristics of traditional rural houses. Therefore, the optimization and reconstruction should be led by architects, with the active participation of villagers as the basic principle and for the purpose of meeting the actual living needs of residents. In this paper, the traditional farmhouse in Meidaiqiao Village is taken as the research object, and the main research methods such as field survey, surveying and mapping, demand investigation and post-evaluation are adopted to investigate and analyze the current situation of living space and residents’ demands, propose spatial optimization strategies to meet residents’ demands, form optimization schemes and evaluate the schemes for villagers. Then, the optimization strategy of farmhouse is put forward, and the typical courtyard is selected for optimal design.Based on the analysis of demand influencing factors and the contradiction between demand and space, the optimization strategy of functional space corresponding to residents’ demand is put forward.Three typical courty ARDS with the highest average demand degree and good use status were selected to carry out concrete optimization design by adopting optimization strategy, and then the optimization scheme was fed back to the villagers to obtain the evaluation data of the scheme. The deficiencies of the optimization design at the present stage were analyzed, and the scheme was secondary optimized. Finally, the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of traditional farmhouse to meet the actual production and living needs of residents. This study aims to obtain the demand change law of demand-influenced factors, the optimization guiding strategy and specific optimization methods of traditional agricultural houses. It is hoped that this study can improve the serious inconsistency between the optimization and reconstruction of traditional rural houses and the actual living needs of residents, provide new ideas for the construction of similar rural houses, and provide some reference value for the optimization design of traditional rural houses in the future. |
