Along with the process of reform and opening up,the level of urban motorization and the construction of road infrastructure have continued to develop,but the urban traffic problems and environmental negative effects caused by the great development of transportation are also more and more obvious.In order to improve the increasingly serious contradiction between people,vehicles and roads,we should intensify efforts to develop the public transportation.The traditional conventional public transportation has the problems of accessibility and poor transfer.As a supplement to conventional public transportation,the shared bicycle which borrow and stop at any time solves the first-end travel and connection of public transportation to some extend,and the proportion of users who connect to travel is as high as 70%.The unreasonable early planning,tidal flow and irregular use of users lead to the disorderly parking and unbalanced spatial distribution of the shared bicycle in delivery and actual use.To improve the problem of unbalanced distribution of bicycles,the key lines in two aspects: one is to explore the space-time point characteristics of s bicycle riding;the other is to use efficient dispatching system to achieve the redistribution of bicycle.This paper focuses on the connection characteristics of shared bicycle and bicycle dispatching problems,aiming at analyzing the space-time travel characteristics of shared bicycle connected to public transportation and exploring the strategies to solve the problem of unbalanced spatial distribution.Firstly,this paper studies the shared bicycle dispatching system and specific dispatching content,and draws a conclusion that the core of the dispatching problem is the analysis of dispatching station,dispatching time,dispatching demand and dispatching cost;Secondly,it analyses the characteristics of users and travel space-time distribution of the shared bicycle,and it is found that a larger proportion of shared bicycles serve to connect to publictransportation,further studies the connection characteristics of the shared bicycle,proposes the connection activity index and the connection distance index,and determines dispatching station according to the connection activity index;Thirdly,The wavelet multi-scale transformation selects the small-scale analysis to determine the dispatching time window of different dispatching stations,and finds that the dispatching time of different types of stations is complementary.The wavelet multi-scale-autoregressive prediction model is used to predict the future bicycle loan amount,and the dispatching requirements of different types of stations are determined.Finally,the theory of the shared bicycle dispatching is studied in depth,and the bicycle dispatching model with the highest scheduling time efficiency and the lowest scheduling cost is constructed.The example is verified by the Mobike bicycle data in Chaoyang District,Beijing.The vehicle dispatching path is solved by genetic algorithm,which optimizes the spatial distribution of bicycles and improves the utilization rate of bicycles.
