In recent years, national policies have vigorously advocated green travel. With the rapid development of the Internet and sharing economy,a new green transportation mode – bike-sharing travel has emerged, which effectively solves the problem of "the last kilometer" of public transportation. In the development process of bike-sharing,the phenomena of "vehicle accumulation" and "difficult to find one vehicle" are becoming more and more common. It is necessary to establish a scientific and effective dispatching scheme to rebalance the supply and demand of bike-sharing.Aiming at the limitations of the traditional scheduling strategy based on vehicle transportation, taking the users’ participation in bike-sharing scheduling as the starting point, this paper proposes a bike-sharing scheduling method considering the user’s participation by analyzing the user’s intention of borrowing and returning the vehicle.Based on the historical data of riding orders of bike-sharing users in Beijing, this paper analyzes the riding characteristics and scheduling requirements of bike-sharing,clusters the origin and destination points of users’ riding through the mean shift algorithm, obtains the spatial distribution characteristics of users’ riding origin and destination points, and determines the location of scheduling stations. On this basis, cluster the time series of the scheduling demand of each riding aggregation point, and analyze the temporal characteristics of the scheduling demand. Finally, the influencing factors of scheduling demand are analyzed, which lays a foundation for the prediction of scheduling demand. This paper demonstrates the limitation that the bike-sharing scheduling strategy based on vehicle transportation is not suitable for small demand stations, establishes the intention model of bike-sharing users’ borrowing and returning behavior based on the planned behavior theory, and puts forward the user’s participation scheduling mechanism by changing the user’s cost perception and subjective norms.Through the orthogonal experiment method, the travel scene questionnaire is designed by combining the travel purpose, reward amount and additional walking time. The user’s behavior intention under different travel scenes is collected. The questionnaire data is subjected to binomial logistic regression by SPSS,and the user’s behavior choice probability model is established.Based on user’s participation scheduling mechanism and vehicle routing problem theory, scheduling strategies based on user’s participation and vehicle transportation are proposed respectively, and the corresponding scheduling models are established. The advantages and limitations of the two scheduling strategies are analyzed.Based on the scheduling cost, the selection method of scheduling strategy is proposed.Based on this,a scheduling strategy of cooperative participation between transport vehicles and users is proposed, and a bike-sharing scheduling model considering user’s participation is established.Taking a certain area of Beijing as an example, the scheduling demand is predicted, and the tabu search algorithm is used to solve the model.Comparing the cost of two scheduling methods without user’s participation and considering user’s participation, the results show that the scheduling strategy considering user’s participation designed in this paper can effectively reduce the scheduling demand of transport vehicles and the total scheduling cost on the basis of meeting the scheduling demand.
