With the continuous development of science and technology in recent years,many scientific and technological achievements have been gradually applied to various aspects of social production and life.Virtual reality and augmented reality technology are also gradually perfected and applied in practice.The application of virtual reality and augmented reality technology is gradually expanding in the field of education.The state is committed to promoting the deep integration of information technology with higher education and vocational education.The country is committed to promoting the in-depth integration of information technology with higher education and vocational education.Virtual reality and augmented reality technology will bring positive effect on teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching modes and learning methods.At present,the application and exploration of virtual reality and augmented reality technology in the field of education are gradually expanding.Along with the national education informationization ten year development core plan,the virtual reality and the augmented reality technology to the teaching content,the teaching method,the teaching mode as well as the study way and so on aspect will bring some positive influence.In the basic education of mechanical courses,the teaching arrangement portion of machining center and other commonly used mechanical processing equipment is relatively small and the traditional teaching methods often take face-to-face teaching of theoretical knowledge as the main teaching activity.Students learn by combining classroom learning with teachers' practical guidance.These methods can help students acquire a certain understanding of the machining center.It is difficult for students to get effective learning in a short classroom time.At present,the number and types of teaching resources in machining centers are relatively small.In addition,with the acceleration of industrialization,automatic and semi-automatic processing will take up a larger proportion in the future.The processing center is worth promoting in the basic teaching of colleges and universities.In view of this situation,this paper utilize augmented reality technology to design anddevelop a set of virtual simulation teaching resources about vertical machining center,which is suitable to use in large screen mobile devices.With the help of augmented reality technology,computer graphics,computer vision to enhance the software operation experience of the sense of reality.It integrates mechanical processing equipment vertical machining center in teaching arrangement into the mobile application software.Students could use it to learn some basic knowledge about machining center inside and outside the classroom.The specific research work is as follows:Firstly,analyze demand of the teaching activities of the machining center to finalize the content classification and resource attributes of the resources and design the overall layout module of the application software.Choose appropriate design program and development tools according to the module plan and the existing resources,explain the key technologies used.Secondly,finalize the resource module design and the content involved in the module,show the composition and function of the machining center.Display the process of positioning,clamping,,changing and explore the coloring and rendering mechanism of the model.Finally,implement the interactive design and realistic rendering of the simulation system,build a hands-on virtual simulation teaching resource application.The application is applied in the real teaching of mechanical foundation.The practice results show that it increases the interaction of teaching activities,relieve the teaching load of teachers and enriches the learning means of students.It has certain reference significance for the teaching activities of other disciplines,such as civil architecture,biochemistry and other disciplines.
