The "Mechanical Drawing and CAD" course is one of the core courses of the mechanical professional in secondary vocational and technical schools.By studying the basic knowledge of the "Mechanical Drawing and CAD" course,students can basically have the ability to read drawings and the ability to draw graphics with AutoCAD..From this perspective,the learning effect of the course is one of the factors affecting the skill level of mechanical majors in secondary vocational and technical schools.In the secondary vocational and technical schools,the teaching of the "Mechanical Drawing and CAD" course is often carried out by teachers and students passively accepting knowledge.Students often improve the reading ability and drawing ability of the drawings through repetitive exercises.Students in secondary vocational and technical schools lack interest in learning theoretical knowledge,like online games,and learning is not good.In order to improve students’ interest in the knowledge they have learned and improve their teaching effects,various teaching methods have been applied to classroom teaching.In order to solve the above problems,we design a GBL teaching method with teacher as the guide,game as the carrier and interest as the driving force.The GBL teaching method is a teaching method that integrates theory and practice.According to the curriculum standard of Mechanical Drawing and CAD,the course knowledge points are decomposed,and the decomposed knowledge points are systematically designed and designed.The GBL teaching method is integrated into the teaching design system.Become a learning task.After receiving the learning task under the guidance of the teacher,the students complete the learning task independently.Each time a learning task is completed,the corresponding experience value will beobtained.When the experience value reaches a certain level,the student will rise to the corresponding level.The GBL teaching method is applied in the teaching process of the course "Mechanical Drawing and CAD",which enables students to learn knowledge points and gain a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence while playing the game to improve the position,and become more eager to learn and effectively improve the teaching effect.Thereby improving the skills and employability of students in secondary vocational and technical schools.
