At present,with the upgrading of industrial transformation structure,China is developing rapidly from "manufacturing power" to "intelligent manufacturing power".The demand for the quantity and quality of application-oriented skilled talents in the processing and manufacturing industry is constantly improving,which puts forward new requirements for the teaching of Engineering Majors in secondary vocational schools.In order to make graduates better adapt to the post needs,secondary vocational schools must carry out corresponding teaching reform,update teaching content,optimize teaching methods,further close to the actual needs of modern enterprise post ability,and cultivate new high skilled talents meeting the employment standards of enterprise posts.As an important basic course of processing and manufacturing specialty,mechanical drawing plays a key role in the curriculum system.Mechanical drawing accurately expresses the structural shape,size,working principle and technical requirements of engineering parts and mechanical equipment through drawings.It is an important technical means to express design intention,manufacturing requirements and exchange experience,which is called the language of engineering field.However,the traditional mechanical drawing course has some problems in the teaching implementation,such as slow update of teaching content,separation from the actual needs of enterprises,ignoring students' mental cognition andpractical experience,overemphasizing systematic theoretical knowledge,neglecting the training operation of engineering practice,teachers' reading according to the book,and single teaching method,which lead to the decrease of students' interest in learning and the lack of spatial imagination The lack of effective stimulation and practical ability training can not achieve the ideal teaching effect,and can not meet the demand of intelligent manufacturing for high skilled talents in the new era.In order to meet the new requirements of intelligent manufacturing for the ability of mechanical design and processing talents in the new era,this paper puts forward a new teaching method of integrating 3D CAD technology into mechanical drawing course.The method is to combine the traditional mechanical drawing course based on 2D design idea with 3D CAD in teaching content and teaching method,so as to improve students' learning interest,stimulate their spatial imagination,and improve their practical ability,so as to cultivate new high skilled talents to meet the needs of Intelligent Manufacturing in the new era.Starting from the mental law and experience level of secondary vocational students,this paper changes the traditional teaching mode from descriptive geometry to three views,from two-dimensional graphics to three-dimensional graphics.Through the introduction of life cases of students' experience world,this paper adapts to the cognitive psychological process of secondary vocational students from concrete to abstract,and studies how to effectively integrate the three-dimensional C into the actual needs of enterprise production Ad is integrated into the teaching of mechanical drawing.By constructing the working process from easy to difficult and from simple to deep,the students can easilyrealize the thinking transformation of "drawing from objects" and "thinking things from pictures",so as to improve students' interest in learning,improve their spatial imagination and thinking ability,change their learning habits that are unwilling to think and be actively accepted,and cultivate their active learning attitude,so that students can gradually grow into satisfaction Enterprises need new skilled talents with the ability to read and map.
