The fuze agency is an important part of the projectile,aimed at the problem of the continuous loading of the recoil and the spin environmental forces during a shell launching.An experimental device makes the load process difficult to be closely simulated,a double environmental forces simulator of fuze agency and arming system was designed.At present,the same type of device can only perform the simulation of the recoil or spin alone,and this simulator unable to load at the same time.Since the device needs to carry out the double environmental force loading simulation experiment in the device,this paper studies the control part of the device.With reference to relevant research and patents at home and abroad,the analysis combined with various devices to determine the two-dimensional overload environment dynamic excitation design scheme based on two-way transmission retrievable.The device is mainly composed of a storage flywheel system and a double environmental force loading system.The storage flywheel system provides the kinetic energy required for the recoil impact of the loading system,and the double environmental force loading system performs the simulated loading of the test piece with the recoil and the spin environmental forces.The working principle is as follows: firstly,the motor drives the flywheel to rotate and accelerates when it reaches the set value.Secondly,the flywheel rotates inertially,and the control collision rod protrudes outward under the centrifugal force,colliding with the test piece at high speed to realize the loading of the impact overload environment force.Finally,the control collision rod is retracted,and the test piece is rotated at a certain speed along thecircular groove rail to realize the loading of the centrifugal overload environment force.After testing,the device can simulate the working environment of fuze,rotation and other fuzes.The simulated dynamic recoil overload is greater than 5000 g,and the simulated centrifugal overload is greater than 500 g.The innovation of the paper puts forward the simultaneous loading method of recoil impact and rotary excitation,and makes a dual environmental force simulation loading test device to provide the corresponding working environment force for the fuze mechanism in the ground test.The main work in this article:(1)overall design of the device control part;(2)equipment selection and engineering realization of the device control part;(3)preparation of control software for the whole process of the experiment;(4)recording and analyzing experimental data.
