Research On Qingdao Haier Financial Strategy Evaluation And Optimization Based On Principal Component Analysis

As part of the corporate strategy,financial strategy is the value management form of corporate strategy,and financial strategy is highly correlated with operating activities.The success of strategic transition comes from financial strategy,Strategic transition leads to changes in financial strategy.Therefore,it will be directly reflected in financial indicators,resource allocation,business type and scale.In 2012,Qingdao Haier began to transform from a global strategy to a network strategy.By the end of 2017,Qingdao Haier's large-scale home appliance brand sales ranked first in the world for nine consecutive years.Combined with financial performance such as operating income and net profit,its strategic transformation was successful.Therefore,this paper takes Qingdao Haier as the case study object and selects the financial statement data of 2012-2017,select some financial indicators as the basis for principal component analysis,the paper extracts three main components,The paper analyzes its financial strategies such as investment,financing and dividend distribution strategy under the network strategy.The paper shows that Qingdao Haier's financial strategy is relatively successful overall,but there are still some problems that need to be optimized in the specific strategy implementation process.Therefore,the paper proposes some optimization suggestions for the investment,financing and dividend distribution strategies of Qingdao Haier in the past few years by observing the financial strategy of Qingdao Haier entering the Networking strategy.At the same time,the research found that the results of Principal Component Analysis and the implementation of financial strategy can confirm each other.Principal components analysis can give a clear economic significance to the implementation of the current financial strategy,and has a clear guiding significance for the optimization of financial strategy.
