In order to solve the shortcomings and limitations of the rocket extender technology,the rocket extender scheme of the telescopic wing technology is proposed.The structure and deployment device of the telescopic wing are designed,and the drive system and kinematics of the expansion wing expansion process are proposed.Qualitative analysis of relevant performance parameters in terms of dynamics,structural strength and stiffness provides a new way to further improve the rocket range performance.Based on the shape of the wing of the aircraft,the subject uses the airfoil library software to derive the airfoil with higher lift resistance.The simple and reliable compression spring locking structure is used to assemble the wing shells together,and the internal ballistic pressure is quoted.The theoretical calculation of time is used to simulate the thrust generated by the combustion of gunpowder gas in the driving device.The speed,displacement,contact force and friction force of the telescopic wing pushing process are analyzed by using the dynamics simulation software Adams,and they are obtained over time.The changing relationship helps to precisely control the deployment process.The finite element analysis software Workbench is used to check the strength and modal analysis of the designed telescopic wing mechanism,so as to obtain the stress distribution during the deployment of the airfoil and optimize the structure of the airfoil.The influencing factors involved in the deployment process of the telescopic wing include theoretical calculation and simulation analysis of the lateral resonance of the airfoil caused by gas leakage and deployment speed,so that the airfoil can be reliably deployed to the working state and avoid fatigue damage caused by the fin resonance.The simulation proves that the designed telescopic wing structure and kinematics,dynamics and strength can be used as the design scheme of the rocket telescopic wing.Theresearch practice of this subject shows that the design and development of the telescopic wing using computer-aided design programming,finite element analysis and multi-body dynamics simulation method not only shortens the development time and reduces the product input,but also helps to strengthen the weak performance of the expansion wing.The link provides a new design idea for the rocket gliding range.
