This paper takes 12.7mm aircraft gun as the research object,and summarizes the research and development status of single-tube,double-tube and vascular aviation automatic weapons at home and abroad.It is aimed at the single-tube air-machine gun with low rate of fire,complex structure and quality of vascular aircraft gun.Big problem,designed a new 12.7mm double-bar aircraft machine gun.The overall scheme of the double-tube linkage is designed.The general working principle is as follows: Firstly,the motor transmits the power to the automatic machine linkage cylindrical cam,and the automatic machine linkage cylindrical cam rotates under the driving of the motor,and the gear passes through the intermittent mechanism.The plucking of the bullets is completed;the curved groove on the cam drives the left and right skateboards to reciprocate back and forth,thereby realizing the pushing and shelling process of the gun machine;according to the analysis of the working principle,the working cycle diagram of the automatic machine is determined.Based on the classical internal ballistics theory,the internal ballistic model of the aircraft gun and the post-effect period pressure calculation model are established.The Simulink model is compiled.After the operation,the internal ballistic and post-effect gunpowder gas pressure versus time curve is obtained,and the automatic determination is made.The safety lockout time when the machine is working.According to the overall scheme and technical requirements of the double-tube linkage automatic machine,detailed structural design and utilization of the main components such as the automatic machine linkage cylindrical cam,the opening and closing mechanism,the projectile acceleration mechanism,the injection and the elastic mechanism and the casing are carried out.UG established a three-dimensional virtual prototype of the automaton.Import the UG established 3D solid model into ADAMS to generate a virtual prototype model.Firstly,the kinematics analysis of the double-tube linkage automatic machine is carried out.Using the data obtained by the kinematics analysis of the automatic machine,the power of the external motor and the main load torque are estimated by the knowledge of the motor drag.Under the premise of model assumption,adding constraints,contacts and loads,the dynamic model of double-tube linkage automata is established,and the motion characteristics of the main components such as skateboard,gun,de-chainer and claw are calculated.According to these verifications,the feasibility of the double-tube linkage automatic machine design.
