With the increasingly important role of high-tech technology in modern warfare,the development of artillery weapons has also developed from unit system to multi-system.Much testing work is needed in the design of artillery weapon system.Especially,it is necessary to record the working state parameters of each part of the system development and flight test in real time for analysis and improvement of design.Missile-borne recorder came into being as the times require.Missile-borne recorder is a storage and testing equipment used for real-time conditioning,acquisition,processing and recording of all kinds of signals on missile before and after launching and during flying.It recovers the data stored in the recorder by special means after the missile completes its flight mission.Paying attention to test technology can effectively reduce the risk of R&D,save R&D funds and shorten R&D cycle.Therefore,test technology is an indispensable part in the process of weapon model development.Based on the test requirements of a certain type of missile-borne recorder,this paper studies and designs a fully functional ground test software.According to the requirements,the software mainly includes the functions of signal data simulation before flight experiment,UDP reading back after experiment and data analysis and processing.Because most of the current testing software is based on traditional PC.In view of the characteristics of PC in some special field test environments,such as large size and large resource consumption,the software takes domestic high-performance low-power development board rk3399 as hardware platform,carries embedded Linux operating system,and uses Linux-Qt as the main development way to realize the Autonomous-Control of the test end.In addition,the reliability of UDP data transmission protocol used in data readback is studied,and a method of improving UDP application layer protocol is proposed to realize the reliability transmission of UDP protocol,which is prepared for the next work.After the overall test,the software can fully meet the project requirements,combinedwith the high performance of rk3399 and the characteristics of embedded Linux-Qt,make the software more complete in functionality and portability,and ultimately meet the needs of scientific research tasks.
