Since the beginning of the 21st century,China's economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.Compared with the traditional building pattern,prefabricated building has the advantages of green and environmental protection,meeting the requirements of sustainable development,and has become a trend and obtained rapid development.As one of the main components of prefabricated building,superimposed floor slab has many structural forms in practical engineering application.In this paper,the construction of composite floor slab is studied from both theoretical and practical aspects.This paper introduces the development and research status of fabricated composite slab at home and abroad.Paper summarizes general composite floor production process,construction technology and matters needing attention as well as the advantages and disadvantages,list four typical precast concrete composite board:reinforced truss composite board,PK prestressed concrete composite board,YH prestressed concrete composite plate and the WFB hollow prestressed composite plate structure,production process and characteristics of the structural advantages compared to each other,for your reference.Through the investigation of the actual cases of the production and construction of composite slab in representative domestic enterprises,the whole process of composite slab from design to construction is fully understood,which provides the correct direction for the research and development of m-type lightweight steel concrete composite slab.This paper mainly analyzes the design concept,material,construction form,manufacturing technology,hoisting and placement and construction technology of the new type of composite floor slab M type lightweight steel concrete composite slab,discusses and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the M type lightweight steel concrete composite slab at the present stage,and analyzes the development and application prospect.At the same time,in order to determine the reasonable selection type of composite plates,the material budget analysis of the assembled composite plates with different construction forms is carried out.The conclusion is as follows:PK prestressed concrete composite slabs have great advantages in the overall material budget and are suitable for various span buildings.Steel trussed one-way slabs and YH prestressed concrete composite slabs are suitable for small span buildings.The overall cost of steel trass two-way plate is relatively high,but it is suitable for all kinds of span buildings.The cost of m-type lightweight steel concrete composite slab is relatively high when the span is small.With the increase of the span,the relative cost is lower,which is suitable for large-span buildings.Figure[75]table[22]reference[58]...
