Prefabricated concrete structure is the inevitable outcome of the development ofindustrialization construction. in the early days of the industrial age, prefabricated concretestructure only in low seismic fortification zone has been employed, and prefabricated concretestructure has been widely used in residential, office buildings, parking lot, stadiums, Bridges,and other special structure etc.But so far, the domestic study of the precast floor is still at an early stage, so that thereis very little reference information, and the foreign research and development of the precastfloor all limited to the total prefabricated double-tee plate floor, and no check all fabricatedfloor plane stress mechanism of relevant information.Based on the above, the article used ABAQUS finite element analysis software,byapplying the concrete damage plasticity model,the non-linear finite element analysis of theproposed slab connections used in new-type precast concrete floor diaphragms is conductedbased on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The comparison between test resultsand finite element analysis,so as to reveal its working mechanism.By the parametricanalysis,providing an experimental and theoretical basis for node design in the actualproject.This thesis study is conducted on the basis of experimental data in existing part. UsingABAQUS finite element analysis software to establish the parameters of joints withexperimental node finite element model of plate joint nodes under the influence of singleshear and uniaxial tension of nonlinear finite element analysis, and compared with theexperimental results of slab joint nodes, continuously improving the updated finite elementmodel.At the same time, the use of material mechanics formula deduced respectively cardconnector and flat fittings under the condition of single shear and uniaxial tension of ultimatebearing capacity calculation formula, which have to departure card node specimen and coverplate specimen ultimate bearing capacity calculation of the value, and compared withanalytical values.By comparing analytical values with the calculation value and the experimental value,debugging the parameters of the finite element model and meshing constantly, until the finiteelement analysis of value and the calculated value with the experimental results accord wellwith those of all. On the basis of above research, the establishment of a variety of plate joint under theshear-rabbi nodes of the finite element numerical analysis model, and analyze the shear (V)and tension (T) numerical map points under the same axis. It is concluded that the specimenof shear-tensile curve, analysis of different specimens under different shear rabbi form ofdamage, so as to reveal the specimen on the mechanical properties under the combined shear.Finally, using the method of numerical analysis piecewise fitting out total prefabricatedRC floor plate joint connected nodes in shear under combined loads of shear-pull relatedequation, the whole assembly RC floor along the plate connected to distributed to in-planedeformation theory are derived, as well as distributed to connect the whole assembly RC floorconnect2D finite element model of the constitutive relation of to provide theoretical support.
