Since the reform and opening up,the foreign construction and design enterprises of hydropower have gradually entered the domestic market,and China's hydropower enterprises have gradually moved to the world.The opening of the market not only makes the hydropower construction project more and more complex,but also makes the competition in hydropower industry more and more fierce.In the face of increasingly complex hydropower projects,hydropower enterprises usually use cooperative methods to participate in project construction.At present,although there are more and more cooperation among enterprises in China's hydropower project construction,the study on how to cooperate between enterprises is not sufficient.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze and study the cooperative model of hydropower construction project.Based on the actual situation of China's hydropower construction project,the following research is carried out.(1)A system of cooperative evaluation indicators for hydropower construction projects has been established.Starting from several aspects that affect the evaluation of hydropower construction projects,this paper summarizes the four representative evaluation factors of hydropower construction projects such as cost,duration,quality,and environment and 16 evaluation indicators.Based on this,the cooperative evaluation index system of hydropower construction team was established.(2)A cooperative evaluation model for hydropower construction projects has been established.This paper uses the evaluation method of AHP and cloud model,determines the index weight through AHP's judgment Matrix,uses the cloud model to convert the fuzzy qualitative evaluation language into quantitative evaluation value,and combines the two to obtain the team's score value on a certain factor.Rank and assign values based on their score,finally rank them by the comprehensive score of four factors,and the evaluation results are obtained.(3)The benefit distribution model of hydropower construction project team is constructed.Considering the importance of resources in the project contribution of hydropower projects,the value of input resources is used to measure the contribution of enterprises.The resources owned by the enterprise are calculated at the price of their weights in all the resources of team,and the unit benefits of each resource are obtained by combining the resources required by the team to complete the task and the benefits that can be obtained from the completion of the task.Under the principle of more and more labor,team tasks are assigned in a mutually negotiated manner,and the tasks completed by hydropower companies are multiplied by the corresponding unit benefits and the final benefits are obtained.Through the discussion of this article,it can provide a new direction for the evaluation and research of hydropower construction projects,so that employees of hydropower engineering projects realize the importance and necessity of the research on the cooperative model of engineering projects,and select the best team cooperation,that can make hydropower construction team more perfect,improve construction efficiency,maintain a good competitiveness.The benefit distribution strategy can reduce the benefit confrontation of hydropower project team,make the cooperation more stable.Figure[3]Table[20]Senate[76].
