With the vigorous development of china’s construction industry,the traditional construction project management model cannot meet the inherent needs of construction and development.Due to the rapid development of related information technology,construction engineering management has also embarked on the road of digital information,and the research on smart construction site management has also developed rapidly.Since the smart construction site is in the early stage and has great potential for development,this thesis will systematically analyze the functional requirements of smart construction site construction and build a smart construction site management platform.The main research contents and results of the thesis are as follows:(1)Starting from the related research concepts and practical applications of smart construction sites,the definition and related characteristics of smart construction sites are proposed.Combined with literature research and visits,the current situation survey was conducted,and the main problems existing in the management of construction sites in Guangdong Province were obtained.The cause and effect diagram analysis method was used to analyze the problems of construction site management,and the current business problem of construction site management were clarified.Further Establish management requirements for construction projects.(2)Carry out the overall planning and platform construction of the smart construction site platform.Through the distribution of questionnaires,the investigation and analysis of the functional requirements of the smart construction site were carried out,the functional positioning of the smart construction site was clarified,and the basic structure of the smart construction site management platform was further designed,project material management system,mechanical equipment management system,construction site management system,the functions of five subsystems are expounded,and five modules of the smart construction site management platform are constructed.(3)Carry out case implementation and evaluation analysis of the smart construction site management platform,build an evaluation system for the smart construction site management platform,and select 4 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators.The management effect of the smart construction site platform is comprehensively evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process and cloud model evaluation method,and finally the result analysis and countermeasures are given.The orderly advancement of china’s smart construction site model is of great significance to the sustainable and healthy development of china’s construction industry.The construction and evaluation of the smart construction site platform system in this thesis has a theoretical guiding function for the construction management of various construction enterprises,and also has a certain reference for the standardization of smart construction sites.
