At present,with the rapid development of economy and society,facing the rapid growth of demand for plywood,plywood stacking will evolve from traditional manual palletizing to high efficiency and automation.Especially for the establishment of three-dimensional automatic warehouse,the corresponding piler,has gradually become the focus of research.Veneer automatic stacker is the matching equipment of veneer rotary shear production line in plywood production.In this paper,the automatic control technology is usedtodesignthestackingmachine,torealizethe intelligent control of plywood stacking and i mprove the quality and efficiency of plywood stacking.This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the stacking machine,including the working principleandlayeringprincipleofplatesplitter.The overall mechanical structure scheme was designed,and detailed calculations of the lifting mechanism,the walking mechanism,the bracket and the access mechanism were completed.The piler control system was also designed.The control mode,control function and overall control scheme are given,and the control system selection,speed control scheme,position control scheme and communication control scheme are designed.According to the electrical system control scheme,the system configuration,I/O port allocation scheme,etc.were completed,and some software programs were given.The single board automatic stacking machine can realize layered stacking and automatic stacking of robots,and the production efficiency is greatly improved,the stability is good,the space is saved,and the pace of automatic development of plywood industry is accelerated.
