This thesis studies the technique problem of the synthesizing automation substation system towards layering distribute type.First, it explains simply the necessity , superior and the development history and the main function for the synthesizing automation substation . Then it compares the construction of three substation 梩he concentrating type, the way of concentrating and sundering together, the way of completely sundering. To point out the way of completely sundering is the development direction of the synthesizing autosubstation. As an example, the PS6100 system of SAC is introduced. The communication system, operation system, data acquisition system, anti jamming way, and selecting fault line small current system are compared and analyzed. In The communication system, some popular communication ways as RS232, RS485, LANWORKS and CAN, Fiber-optic are compared and analyzed. The strong point and the shortcoming are pointed. According to synthesizing compare, CAN communication is selected as it is very fitted in middle and high Voltage network.Real-time and multitasking system is adopted in this system. According to compare with general operation system in such realms as task schedule strategy, memory management, interrupting handling, mutex visitation of shared resource, system calls, time overhead in system inner operation, system complicacy, and subsidiary tool . To point out , averagefunction of it is made much in general operationsystem . but in Real-time and multitasking system , unit function is thought much of in the case of thinking holistic function .So Real-time and multitasking system is very good in real-time operation and real-time respondency.In data acquisition system ,some common design decisions on A/D as VFC and successive overhanging A/D are introduced. In terms of some points, Successive overhanging A/D is much fine in quantification error, resolution and temperature area. So it very fits in fields. In this AD9244 made in AD company is adopted. Anti-jamming level is a very important indicant in evaluation a device. Interference from primary system and second circuit is Analyzed and propagation gateway is also introduced. Some measures on Anti-jamming are enumerated. first, reducing anti-jamming level incoming device, second, by means of shielding, ground connection, optoisolation, and filtering. Imaginaryon signal division is put forward.Selecting fault line for small current is a very important subject. In this thesis, the character of single-phase in neutral point non-ground connection system and single-phase in neutral point ground connection system by arc suppression coil. Further, some measures are introduced and the disadvantage is explicated. In the end, the advantage of selecting fault line by S immission principium.Some characters on devices are exampled in terms of the reshape projection in Dongshao Liaoning 10KV substation .The principium of rate differential and second harmonic wave breaking are told emphasis. Some improving suggestions on this system are propounded according to some real problem.
