Research On Rehabilitation Medical Equipment Modeling Design Method Based On Perceptual Image

In recent years,the medical device industry has attracted much attention as a new global trade project,among which the huge number of rehabilitative treatment needs has laid an important position in the medical device market.Its economic development prospects are considerable,and the industry competition is increasingly fierce.Rehabilitation medical equipment product development needs resource integration of modern technology,marketing strategy and user’s perceptual appeal.Many problems in the process of modern technology development and bottlenecks of marketing strategy resources make the research and development of new products begin to explore new breakthroughs,that is,the design direction turns to tap the user’s perceptual appeal.At present,there are few studies on the perceptual appeal of the special group of people,such as rehabilitation therapy.The research on the perceptual image of user preference is almost blank.The lack of this theoretical level will inevitably lead to the blindness and conformity of design activities.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out the design method of the perceptual image of rehabilitation medical equipment.Starting from the related theories of perceptual imagery,based on the theories of kansei engineering and cognitive psychology,this paper takes the methods of semantic difference and attribute enumeration as research methods.In view of the characteristics and classification of rehabilitation medical equipment,four elements of user’s perceptual demand level and product image are introduced by locating the population and perceptual perception of rehabilitation patients.According to the theory,method and the characteristics of the field of rehabilitation medical equipment,the design method of sensory image for five stages of rehabilitation medical equipment is constructed.Through five kinds of representative products in the field of rehabilitation treatment,the design method of each stage is analyzed and explained in detail.Guided by the design method of sensory image of rehabilitation medical equipment,the function,users,environment and the shape,color and material of existing products of dry hydrotherapy massage bed are analyzed concretely.The product samples and perceptual imagery vocabulary of the dry hydrotherapy massage bed were collected and extracted,and the perceptual evaluation data of users’ preferences were obtained by using the seven-point quantification table of semantic differences.The principal components of the data were extracted by factor analysis,and the image factors corresponding to the product were determined.According to the corresponding product samples of image factors,design elements are extracted and sketch deduction is carried out to complete the design practice and scheme evaluation of dry hydrotherapy massage bed.
