In the area of civil aviation transportation,due to various factors,flight schedule disruption is unavoidable.Flights delays interfere with the normal operation of airlines in accordance with flight schedules,which will not only cause inconvenience to passengers,but will also result in serious economic losses to airlines,and sometimes even affect the reputation of the airlines.Therefore,it has become an important thing of airline operation control management to improve the dispatching the flight after delay and improve the flight punctuality rate.Airport collaborative decision making is a concept aimed at improving the overall operational efficiency of the airport.The main features are the predictability of events during flight operations,the optimization of resource utilization and the minimization of flight delays.The airport collaborative decision making(A-CDM)system,which is being built at all major airports in the country,is designed to reduce flight delays and increase the normal rate of flights.How to apply the mechanism of airport collaborative decision-making system to flight delay recovery has become a common research topic for airlines and airports..Previously,many scholars have researched the recovery of flight delays from various perspectives.How to minimize the cost of airline delays after delays,reduce passenger delays and improve passenger service satisfaction has always been a hot topic in the research of flight delays recovery.Based on the Airport cooperative decision making,this paper researches the characteristics of time slot allocation and collaborative decision making of airport,air traffic control and airline three-party information sharing,and constructs flight delay recovery model based on these two characteristics.Firstly,the time slot trade model based on A-CDM time slot mechanism is compared with the previous time slot compression model,then analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.Next,on the basis of the time slot allocation model,this paper proposes a flight delay cancellation model that takes into account the mutual dependence of flights,designed to provide airlines with a solution that can weigh flight delay scheduling strategies.Finally,the paper analyzes the feasibility of the model in the example verification,which shows that for the large hub airport,the application of the model will greatly reduce the cost of airline delay.
