Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Community Information Management System Based On SSH Framework

With the vigorous development of the real estate industry in our country,people’s demand for intelligent commmity management after house purchase is more and more strong.At present,many large communities have completed the construction of information management systems and perfected some of the needs of community owners.However,after many information management systems are put into use,some of the owners’needs cannot be completely solved.The cooperation efficiency among many systems in the community is not high and the degree of intelligent information processing is slightly low.On this basis,the subject proposes an intelligent community information managenent system,which can effectively provide more convenient and fast business processes for community owners and property companies and enhance the service level.From this point of view,the study of the subject has certain social and economic benefits and is meaningful.The content of the subject covered the following points.1.According to the actual needs of community owners and property companies,this paper analyzes the needs of system users from various angles by adopting a set of analysis ideas of software design,puts forward the direction of solving user problems,and determines various business functions of the system,thus putting forward requirements and implementation basis for the design of the system.2.Starting from the results of system requirements analysis,the overall design of the system is completed by using MVC hierarchical form through the software design pattern adopted by the system.Through analysis and design,intelligent community information management system can be divided into authority management function module,community information management:function module,charge management module,maintenance management module,community information release and query function module and community monitoring management module.The system is mainly composed of presentation layer,logic layer and data layer from the point of view of software engineering design,and each layer is interconnected through open source technology.On this basis,the database of the system is designed and displayed in the form of E-R diagram.3.After the design of the system,the paper expounds the implementation methods of each module of the system.In the process of system implementation,Java open source framework technology is adopted to complete the development of each layer of the system,effectively reducing the coupling between each module and each layer of the system and providing guarantee for the subsequent development of the system and docking with other systems.At present,intelligent community’s information management system has been put into the actual management of various large and medium-sized communities,effectively integrating Internet,information management,data processing,intelligent management and other technologies,improving the level of community property services and gaining recognition from users.
