Research On Cost Management Of Old Community Renovation Project In D Community In Hebei Province

In recent decades since,our country economy and urban rapid development of real estate as a pillar industry developing rapidly,a lot of new high-end community,modern community,at the same time the number of old residential area more and more,the old village renovation project will also increase gradually.The cost management research old community transformation projects for the future cost management of more such projects has important significance.In 2020,China promulgated the old village renovation project of guidance.Document requirements to 2025,the provinces in full research on the actual situation of the local,and strive to be built before the 20 th century old urban district transformation is completed.Hebei Province D community was built in 1998,belongs to the more typical old community.The original planning and design standards are low,living use management,maintenance is not in place,there are different degrees of heating,water supply,drainage and other pipe aging,supporting infrastructure in disrepair,serious road damage,poor wall insulation effect and many other issues.This paper adopts the idea of cost management and takes the old community renovation project of D community in Hebei Province as an example.Through in-depth case analysis,the application of target cost management,dynamic cost control and earned value analysis theory,in the control of costs at the same time to achieve the due benefits.The study in this paper is based on the analysis of some of the problems found in the process of transformation of old residential areas in China's cities today,based on cost management theory,through literature research,case reference,field research cost management methods of old residential renovation projects in Hebei Province D community.For the future more of these old residential renovation projects to provide some reference to the new thinking model.
