With the rapid development of information technology in recent years,the perfect combination of mobile communication and Internet technology has become more and more popular in all walks of life.Coupled with the development of the market economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the scale of urban residential areas is getting bigger and bigger,and the demand for residential quarters has also undergone tremendous changes.It is no longer just a place of residence in the traditional sense.It is hoped that the living conditions will be more convenient and safe,and the property services will be more perfect and effective.Therefore,the concept of intelligent community has slowly entered the daily life of community residents.The intelligent community is a new type of object that combines the Internet of Things,cloud computing and mobile Internet technology to achieve a safe,comfortable,convenient and efficient living experience.At this stage,the application of Internet technology in smart communities is still in the early stage of exploration.Some applications focus on one aspect of the service community,lack comprehensiveness,or fail to achieve scientific and efficient effective programs for community residents.Therefore,it is very important to combine community residents and managers to establish a smart community service management system with complete functions,scientific and advanced,effective interaction,convenient and safe.This paper combines the actual situation of most communities,investigates the specific needs and development direction of smart communities,and conducts a systematic analysis of needs,including functional analysis of clients that provide services to community residents,and functional analysis of the background management side used by managers.Combining the economic,social and technical aspects of the feasibility analysis of the system,the system achieves the goal,and designs a complete intelligent community service management system.The system adopts the architecture of C/S and B/S coexistence.Under the current 4G network framework,the use of Internet communication and other information technologies to integrate multiple resources provides an efficient and convenient management mode for community managers.Providing an intelligent life experience for community residents.The smart community service management system is divided into three parts:smart community client,background management terminal and smart access control terminal.It links property service,announcement information,community activities,peripheral services and multi-function unlocking to many communities.Residents bring advanced convenience,comfort and safe living experience.The design and implementation of the smart community client adopts the Android operating system which has certain advantages in the current market,integrates the Internet communication protocol,realizes the function of unlocking the video session request,and viewing the news announcement in real time,providing property payment and fault repair for the community residents.,multi-function unlocking,community activities and other functions.The client uses the HTTP protocol to pull the JSON format data to the background server,and completes the data parsing work,and finally displays the data on the UI interface of the Android system.The background management terminal is designed based on the B/S architecture,and adopts the MVC pattern framework to divide the whole into three basic levels:interface display layer,logic control layer,data access and data model layer.Through the management of the lightweight web container provided by the framework,the management of community properties is realized,which greatly improves the efficiency of managers.
