The Style Renovation Strategy Of Small Towns In South Fujian Based On Organic Renewal Theory In A Case Of Shima Town,LongHai City

In the process of urbanization,small towns play an important role in national strategy as a link between villages and cities.However,many cities and towns ignore their current development situation and blindly seek a high development speed,innovation and foreign investment.They demolish large buildings and copy others,which causes irreversible damage to the construction of small cities and towns.The wrong way of construction not only failed to solve the urgent problems in the development of small towns,but also exacerbated the decline of traditional excellent towns.In response to this difficult problem,the government try to promote the construction of the beautiful countryside,especially pointing out that in the process of urban construction,we should pay attention to the protection of traditional culture,continue the history,and try our best to build moderm cities and towns that are ecologically livable,harmonious and civilized,and have their own characteristicsHowever,at present,the research on style and features renovation mainly focuses on characteristic cities,famous historical and cultural cities,traditional villages and other fields,and the construction of small towns lacks corresponding theoretical guidance and comprehensive research.Based on this situation,this article is divided into six chapters,taking the renovation of small towns in southern Fujian as the obj ect to research,under the guidance of organic renewal theory,analyzing the shortcomings of the existing renovation measures of small towns in southern Fujian,and combining with the renovation practice of Shima Town in Longhai City,exploring the strategies suitable for the renovation of small towns in southern Fujian.On the basis of the research on the relevant theories in the first and second chapters,the”organic renewal”theory is applied to the research on the style and features renovation of small towns in southern Fujian in the third chapter,and six basic principles for the style and features renovation of small towns are summarized.In the fourth chapter,under the guidance of the six principles of"organic renewal"theory,taking the integrity of landscape renovation as the starting point,specific renovation plans are put forward from three aspects of space optimization,regional context inheritance and security system construction,forming a multi-angle,all-round and integrated renovation strategy from the area-streets-buildings-nodes-ecology-culture-security system.In the fifth chapter,the style and features renovation strategy formed in the fourth chapter is applied to the style and features renovation of Shima Town in Zhangzhou Longhai City for empirical research.Based on the research on the present situation of small town landscape renovation,under the guidance of organic renewal theory,this article sums up six basic principles of small town landscape renovation,puts forward three renovation schemes starting from the integrity,and constructs a relatively perfect small town landscape renovation system,hoping to provide reference for future Fujian,which is expected to provide some reference and help for the future renovation of small towns in southern Fujian.
