Train Head Design Based On Miao Culture

In recent years,China’s high-speed railway has made rapid progress and achieved remarkable achievements.It has entered the stage of independent research and development.Throughout the history of high-speed railway development in various countries,various cultures have left a deep imprint on the design of high-speed railway.China is a vast country with abundant resources,and minority culture is an inseparable part of Chinese culture.Among them,miao culture has become a bright pearl in Chinese culture with its unique and primitive charm.However,many intangible cultural heritages of miao culture are increasingly endangered and dying out due to the impact of modern lifestyle,the sharp decline of inheritors and the weak protection consciousness,etc.In view of this,the proposition of train head design based on miao culture is put forward.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of train design,analyzes the typical cases of train design at home and abroad,and has a basic understanding of the basic theory and design language of train design.Based on this build the basic process of the train head shape modelling design,through to the miao nationality culture,the main carrier,namely,the miao silver,miao embroidery,miao costumes were analyzed,and found its respectively can be used to train head shape design of the shape,pattern,color,and extract relevant design elements as the basis of the design of the train.Through CFD simulation analysis,the scientificness of train head design is verified to a certain extent.After that,painting design is carried out by extracting miao culture elements,English phrases and Numbers,parametric design and other methods.Through the final rendering scheme,it can be seen that the train head embodies a certain sense of design and technology while collecting miao culture,which is the product of integrating traditional culture and future train design trend,and also verifies the feasibility of the train head design process.Due to its uniqueness,miao culture has created a unique train,forming a difference and stylization,which can provide reference for similar design products.
