Green highway is an important part of green transportation,and also an important embodiment of ecological civilization construction in the highway field.Some government agencies at home and abroad have implemented a series of green highway evaluation standards,which further guided and promoted the construction of green highway.At present,China still lacks relevant standards at the national level in the field of green highway evaluation.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a set of green highway evaluation system to adapt to the development of green transportation in China.Based on the topic of "Application Research and Engineering Demonstration of Green Highway Technology in Tongrong Expressway",this paper firstly makes a thorough study on the development status of green building and green highway evaluation at home and abroad,and deeply analyses the concept of green highway.Through a large number of investigations on highway demonstration projects with green and ecological themes,it summarizes and summarizes the common use of green highway in China.Construction technology.Based on the viewpoint of green highway system theory,this paper determines six first-level evaluation indexes of green highway,including resource saving,ecological environment protection,quality innovation,safety intelligent,service sharing and education demonstration.Through diamond thinking mode,32 second-level evaluation indexes of green highway are optimized and determined by using literature research method,frequency analysis method and expert consultation method in turn.In addition,the 12 items of control indicators required by the evaluation project set up in this paper ensure the systematic science of the green highway evaluation system.In the evaluation of indicators,the scientific quantification of quantitative and qualitative indicators ensures the reliability of the original score data.In terms of index empowerment,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by using the combination of AHP-entropy weight method,which overcomes the shortcomings of single subjective and objective empowerment method.Through the comparison and analysis of the common evaluation methods and the characteristics of green highway evaluation,the extension cloud model is determined as the green highway evaluation model.Through the optimization calculation of thecorrelation degree,an extension cloud model based on the optimal correlation degree is established.The improved model takes into account the clarity and fuzziness of the index grade and effectively avoids the conflict of evaluation results.The comprehensive evaluation grade of green highway is determined according to the principle of maximum membership degree.Finally,the extension cloud model is applied to Tongrong Expressway,the first demonstration project of green highway in Chongqing,and the evaluation results are compared by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the extension cloud evaluation model is feasible and accurate,and it is a scientific and reasonable evaluation model of green highway.
