Research On The Evaluation Of Green Transportation Development Level

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards,people's demand for transportation is increasing and their expectation is getting higher and higher.In recent years,there have been a series of problems,such as excessive growth of private cars,serious traffic congestion,increased traffic safety hazards,deterioration of environment and ecology,excessive consumption of energy and so on,which have hindered the development of cities and affected social benefits to a certain extent.As a new type of transportation structure,green transportation came into being.It is the concrete implementation of the concept of sustainable development,the trend of urban transportation development,and conforms to the concept of "people-oriented".Green transportation evaluation is an important link between green transportation theory and practice.Based on the above background,this paper takes the leading area of Jinan City as an example to evaluate green traffic.Firstly,this paper summarizes the concept of sustainable development in the world and the connotation of green transportation at home and abroad,and understands the predecessors' contents in three aspects: green transportation mode,evaluation research and practical research.By summarizing the theory and practice,valuable research problems are found.Secondly,according to the national standard,domestic and foreign literature and urban practice research,the primary index system is determined by screening method,and then the index is optimized according to the index construction principle and expert suggestions.Finally,the green travel level,the green supporting level and the green management level are taken as the criterion layer,and the index layer is a combination of 23 quantitative and qualitative indicators.In order to avoid the imbalance of subjective and objective weights,the AHP-entropy method is used to determine the index weights.By comparing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process,data envelopment analysis method and matter-element extension method,the matter-element extension method is finally selected as the evaluation method.Finally,taking the Pioneer District of Jinan City as an example,the scientific nature of the model is verified,and the evaluation results are analyzed.Suggestions for improvement are put forward from three aspects: green transportation trip,green transportation matching and green transportation management.
