With the opening of the Vaize Line Jufeng Station to the Rizhao South Station and the introduction of the Qinglian Railway and the Lunan High-speed Railway,as well as the planning of the “Northern Goods South” of Rizhao City and the planning adjustment of the“Northern Goods Moving to the South” of the port area,Rizhao Station At the Rizhao South Railway Station,the passenger and freight transportation pattern of the Shijiu Port area will undergo major changes.As the main passenger station in the region,Rizhao Station undertakes the operation of the new stone line,the Waji line,the Qinglian line and the Lunan high-speed railway to the passenger train.The North Passage(Xinshi Line)Kuishan Town-Rizhao Station is only double.In the line pattern,all the starting and ending passenger cars in the area must pass this interval.A large number of EMU trains,general speed buses and coal,ore trains should not be operated together,and the interval capacity is limited.To this end,it is necessary to carry out systematic research on the Rizhao Port Railway,especially in the matching of railway transportation capacity and port transportation demand.It is of great significance to rationally divide the work of the Rizhao hub railway to meet the port transportation demand and optimize the transportation organization and mode of the Rizhao Port Area.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation and trend of the development of railway port collection and distribution from the development mode of domestic and foreign ports and the advantages of railways to port collection and transportation.In combination with the current demand characteristics of Rizhao Station Area,Rizhao Port Shiji Port Area Collection and Distributing System and the need for further improvement after the change of passenger and freight pattern,the division of work of Rizhao Station,Rizhao South Station and Shiji Port Area will be clarified.On this basis,combined with the design data of the Lunan high-speed railway,the Qinglian Railway,the Wagyu Railway and other design documents,it is predicted that the Rizhao Hub and Rizhao Station will be in the early 2020,the recent 2030,and the long-term 2040(hereinafter referred to as the initial For the long-term passenger trains,analyze the throughput of the Shijiu Port area of Rizhao Port and the forecast data of the railway volume.Finally,combined with Qinglian and Lunan high-speed railway to introduce Rizhao area plan and passenger and cargo volume forecast,the station capacity of Rizhao Station and Rizhao South Station,the capacity of Jufeng to Rizhao Station,Jufeng to Rizhao SouthStation,and the planning of the port area in 2014 After adjusting the railway capacity of the port area for adaptive analysis and research,the rational optimization principle is adopted to propose a reasonable optimization and expansion and expansion plan.The research work is of great significance to play the role of high-speed railway,ensure port development and smooth access.
