Design And Implementation Of Online Administrative Punishment System Of The Port Authority

The main responsibility of the Port Authority is to ensure the good operation of Port and penalize violations of the relevant regulations and regulations such as the administrative licensing,infrastructure planning,cargo handling and port inspection.Due to the large jurisdiction of the Port Authority and the dispersion of law enforcement personnel,there are some drawbacks such as the difficulty of administrative law enforcement supervision,the transparency of law enforcement and the fairness of law enforcement,and the low efficiency of law enforcement.In order to solve the shortcomings in administrative law enforcement,this paper designs and implements this thesis.A set of online administrative punishment system of Port Authority is used to manage the administrative law enforcement within the scope of Port.The main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the administrative law enforcement of the Port Authority,this paper adopts B/S architecture,based on J2EE framework and MySQL 8 database management system,designed and implemented a set of online administrative punishment system,covering notice announcement,source management,Functional modules such as administrative law enforcement,discretion setting,electronic monitoring,statistical analysis and system management have realized the informationization of the administrative enforcement of the Port Authority.2.The system adopts the waterfall model of software engineering for development and design,including business status analysis,system requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing.The business requirements,functional requirements,non-functional requirements,system architecture design,system function design and database design,and core code implementation of the online administrative punishment system are given.The functional test and performance test of the system are given,result.The implementation of this project can improve the administrative law enforcement management level of port management,and enhance the transparency and administrative law enforcement efficiency of the administrative law enforcement process.
