Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Administrative Law Enforcement Of Electric Power Industry In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Electric power is a special public commodity,which provides the most basic energy security for economic development,social stability and residents’ life.At present,China has entered the era of electrification in an all-round way,and the demand for reliable power supply is very high.Once the power system is damaged,the power supply accident will have an unpredictable impact on the production and life of the whole society.In order to ensure the stable and reliable supply of electric power,the government has carried out the administrative law enforcement work in the electric power industry extensively,and combated.and deterred the illegal and criminal acts that damage the safety of the electric power system.Effective administrative law enforcement in the power industry plays an important role in protecting the security of the power system and safeguarding the public interest.According to the idea of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",this paper takes the administrative law enforcement of Inner Mongolia electric power industry as the research object,and summarizes the research literature on the administrative law enforcement of electric power industry at home and abroad.Through the analysis of specific cases,this paper studies the existing problems and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to solve the problems.
