As an important part of the integrated support system of the carrier-borne aircraft,the jet blast deflector plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the launching efficiency of the carrier-borne aircraft and improving the combat capability of the carrier-borne aircraft.Compared with existing deflector devices,passive jet blast deflector has simple structure,high reliability and easy maintenance in theory.The comprehensive effectiveness evaluation method of passive jet blast deflector is studied,and the comprehensive effectiveness index system is established in this paper.The comprehensive effectiveness of the deflector device is evaluated by combining the improved AHP with the bottom index effectiveness calculation method.According to the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation results,the weak links of the deflector device are found out and optimized,so as to improve the comprehensive performance of the deflector device,which has important significance for improving the comprehensive support capability of the carrier-borne aircraft.The main contents are as follows:(1)The basic theories related to comprehensive effectiveness are expounded,and two levels,common methods and general steps of comprehensive effectiveness evaluation are introduced.According to the principle and process of establishing effectiveness index,the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation index system of passive jet blast deflector is established by Delphi method.(2)The basic theories related to AHP are expounded.The method of constructing group AHP judgment matrix is proposed,and the quasi-optimal consistent matrix of comprehensive judgment matrix is constructed by least square method.On this basis,the AHP is improved.Fuzzy evaluation method and utility function method are used to calculate the effectiveness of bottom index.Combining the method of bottom index effectiveness calculation with improved AHP,a comprehensive effectiveness evaluation model of passive jet blast deflector is established.(3)Based on the established comprehensive effectiveness evaluation model,a simulation platform for comprehensive effectiveness evaluation of passive jet blast deflector is designed.(4)Through the analysis of the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation results,the motion actuator of the deflector device is identified as the weak link.A new adaptive genetic algorithm(NAGA)is proposed for the non-linear optimization of motion actuators.NAGA is used to optimize the size of the motion actuator so as to improve the comprehensive effectiveness of the deflector device.A solution based on the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation is provided for the optimal design of the deflector device in engineering practice.
