The slipper pair is one of the key friction pairs of the axial piston pump/motor.It is an important transmission component of the piston pump,which is the main factor affecting the high pressure and large flow rate of axial piston pump/motor.In this paper,a general axial piston pump/motor slipper pair is used as the research carrier to improve the working performance and efficiency of the axial piston pump/motor.On the basis of the traditional slipper pair,the structure of the electromagnetic force is added,and the theoretical analysis and optimization of the structure are carried out.Finally,the basic structure of the magnetic slipper pair is put forward.A main core and two auxiliary cores are added on the back of the common swash plate working face,and the excitation winding coils are wound on the core to provide a controllable electromagnetic force that balances with the hydraulic pressure so as to achieve the purpose of the working performance of the slipper pair.The electromagnetic characteristics and oil film characteristics of the magnetic slipper pair are mainly studied,which lay a foundation for improving the working performance of axial piston pump/motor and the practical application of magnetic slipper pair.The following conclusions are obtained through research:When the excitation winding coil on the back of the magnetic swash plate passes into the excitation source,the magnetic field induction strength and electric field intensity of the main excitation winding coil are larger than those of the secondary.From the voltage distribution we can see When the number of turns in the field winding of the core wound is constant,the magnetic field intensity generated by the core wound coil will increase with the increase of the input current value.In addition,the electric field intensity generated by two secondary excitation winding coils is equal to ensure the balance of the electromagnetic force in the initial position of the slipper.The research shows that by changing the size of the current,the main electric magnetic force can be changed.The thickness of the oil film can be adjusted by electromagnetic force.The increase of electromagnetic force will not affect the trend of the oil film thickness curve,but it will reduce the amplitude of the oil film thickness.Due to the self lubrication feedback regulation,with the change of slipper angle,continuous changes of oil film thickness and the power to regulate the slipper work balance;controllable electromagnetic force is presented can be adjusted to achieve the best working conditions of slipper pair work.Figure[44]table[1]reference[81]...
