At present,the main fuels of developing countries and other developed countries,led by China,are mainly coal,oil and natural gas.With the increasing demand for gas and fuel,the phenomenon of"gas shortage"has also generally appeared in various countries around the world.This requires a new source of gas to supplement.In the process of oil field exploitation,the lower carbon atoms are natural gas,liquefied petroleum gas?LPG?and petroleum and diesel.However,the by-products of C4,C5 and C6,which we call light hydrocarbon,have abundant reserves and high calorific value in the process of oil field exploitation,so we can use the equipment of light hydrocarbon to produce gas.It not only reduces the waste of by-products,but also reduces the shortage of natural gas and petroleum by using light hydrocarbon as a clean fuel to make the mixed air of light hydrocarbon gasification into mixed light hydrocarbon gas.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of energy,summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars in light hydrocarbon research,it can be said that domestic and foreign light hydrocarbon research has their own emphasis,domestic research is mainly focused on the theoretical research and application of light hydrocarbon,The research abroad is more inclined to the distillation and extraction of light hydrocarbons,which lays a foundation for our research on this subject.Secondly,we introduce four parts:light hydrocarbon station,light hydrocarbon gas production equipment,gas pipeline network,end user,and also include the source,classification and advantages of light hydrocarbon.The heat transfer and mass transfer in the gasification process of light hydrocarbon are analyzed theoretically,the bubble mixing technology is introduced,and the heat transfer process of combustion is analyzed theoretically,which lays a foundation for the follow-up study of light hydrocarbon.Then,the light hydrocarbon gas production process is introduced,and the effects of porosity,liquid level height,contact area and heat transfer temperature difference on the efficiency of light hydrocarbon gasification are analyzed.And simulate the flash process by Aspen Plus,and the air mixing ratio is analyzed.The influence of pressure,temperature and water vapor on dew point temperature is studied based on dew point temperature to ensure light hydrocarbon efficiency.Finally,the problems that should be paid attention to during the operation of this set of light hydrocarbon equipment are pointed out in detail,as well as the corresponding prevention and solution measures.On the basis of theory,we calculate the load and analyze the economy of light hydrocarbon.After the study of this topic,several research directions are pointed out according to the knowledge and data.The conclusions obtained in this paper are of great significance to the establishment of an environment-friendly society and the rapid development of economy as a result of providing technical assistance for light hydrocarbon combustion gas-making equipment and alleviating the gas shortage problem as well as for the establishment of the environment-friendly society and the rapid development of the economy.
