In recent years,smog weather in the heating period of nine provinces and cities such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been frequent.The discharge of pollutants caused by heating in winter,combined with the adverse weather conditions,makes Hebei Province one of the most serious areas of air pollution in the country.It has seriously affected the physical health and production and life of the people.Civilian litter coal combustion heating has caused widespread concern about environmental pollution.The research on light hydrocarbon fuels is conducive to solving the needs of farmers for high quality fuels.Based on the project of light hydrocarbon gas heating in Taipingzhuang village,Shuangqiao District,Chengde City,Hebei Province,this paper studies the safety and economy of light hydrocarbon gas engineering.For the sake of project safety,the calculation of physical properties of light hydrocarbon mixed air gas safety and the theoretical calculation of displacement are emphasized.Several calculation methods of explosion limit of light hydrocarbon fuel and light hydrocarbon air mixture gas with different air mixture ratio are introduced and the calculation results are given respectively;according to the collected data,the air mixture ratio under different dew point temperature and operating pressure is analyzed to obtain a reasonable air mixture ratio;the appropriate gas interchangeability determination method is selected to determine the interchangeability of light hydrocarbon air mixture gas and other gas sources,Finally,the judgment result is given,and the theoretical method of burner transformation is calculated to obtain the transformation method,and the air mix ratio to ensure stable replacement is proposed.Energy consumption simulation and cost analysis of Taipingzhuang village project in Shuangqiao District,Chengde city.Use dest simulation software to simulate the energy consumption of the light hydrocarbon civil heating project,and get the specific energy consumption value.The results show that light hydrocarbon is the most economical heating fuel for civil use.In this project,the light hydrocarbon theory research and practical engineering are combined to improve the safety of light hydrocarbon gas in rural heating application,which is of great significance to promote the development of rural clean heating and establish an environment-friendly society.
