In recent years,the flammability of organic thermal insulation board has led to a lot of serious safety accidents.The advantages of inorganic thermal insulation board such as high compressive strength,noncombustibility and energy saving and environmental protection make it gradually replace organic thermal insulation board in construction.Perlite insulation board and rock wool insulation board are widely used in the market now,but each inorganic insulation board has its own defects.This subject combines the advantages and disadvantages of perlite insulation board and rock wool insulation board.It is possible to compound perlite and rock wool in a variety of ways,and study the influence of different composite technology on the volume density,thermal conductivity,compressive strength and porosity of composite insulation board,so as to prepare inorganic composite insulation board meeting the needs of the market.The main results of this paper are as follows:Perlite was used as aggregate to prepare perlite-rockwool composite insulation board with perlite as aggregate by adjusting the addition of rock wool,water glass and hydrogen peroxide.The prepared perlite-rockwool composite insulation board has a bulk density of 196 kg/m3,a thermal conductivity of 0.0654 W?m-1?K-1,and a compressive strength of 0.58 MPa.Taking rock wool as aggregate,rockwool-perlite composite insulation board with rockwool as aggregate is prepared by adjusting the addition amount of perlite,water glass and hydrogen peroxide.The prepared rockwool-perlite composite thermal insulation board has a bulk density of 224 kg/m3,a thermal conductivity of 0.0487 W?m-1?K-1,and a compressive strength of 0.70 MPa.The perlite-rockwool composite insulation board prepared above was combined with the rockwool-perlite composite insulation board.The results showed that the thickness of the perlite-rock wool insulation board was 7 mm,and the thickness of the rockwool-perlite insulation board was 18 mm.The composite insulation board has a bulk density of 0.204 kg/m3,a thermal conductivity of 0.0509 W?m-1?K-1,and a compressive strength of 0.491 MPa.The rock wool-perlite composite thermal insulation board is combined with the XPS organic thermal insulation board.The organic thermal insulation board can effectively reduce the thermal conductivity and bulk density of the inorganic thermal insulation board,and the prepared sample has a thermal conductivity of at least 0.041W?m-1?K-1.The minimum bulk density is 115 kg/m3.The thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation board is closely related to the bulk density and compressive strength.The larger the bulk density,the greater the thermal conductivity and compressive strength.The porosity determines the bulk density,and the porosity is limited by the viscosity of the prepared slurry.We calculated the relative error of the thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation board and the actual measured thermal conductivity by the effective medium theory and the distinct digit method of the thermal insulation board.It is found that the effective medium theory method is more suitable for the thermal insulation board prepared by this experiment.
