In social energy consumption,building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion.People often achieve remarkable results through measures to enhance the thermal insulation performance of building envelopes to reduce energy consumption.However,in recent years,disasters often occur in China due to fires in the insulation layer of the building's exterior wall.The reason is that these insulation materials are organic flammable materials such as polystyrene foam boards and polyurethane.Therefore,in view of safety and functional requirements,rock wool boards with low thermal conductivity,that is non-combustible materials,are favored by the building insulation market.However,the application and research time of rock wool boards in building exterior wall thermal insulation systems in China is of short duration.Problems,such as rock wool boards falling off due to insufficient adhesion with the wall,large cracks on the surface of plaster layers,and thermal insulation loss by the erosion of water,often occur in construction.In order to solve these problems of rock wool board in civil engineering,this thesis proposed a method of compounding rock wool board and inorganic insulation mortar into a prefabricated composite board,developed the manufacturing process of the composite board,and studied each component materials of the composite board.Finally,the finished composite board have the best mechanical properties and thermal insulation performance of the composite board,and meet the requirements of economy,functionality and safety.In this work,a test strategy was made in accordance with the national standard.The isothermal moisture absorption,water absorption,and water vapor permeability of rock wool boards of different densities and thicknesses were studied,as well as the vertical and lateral thermal conductivity in different moisture-containing condition.Similarly,the moisture absorption,water absorption,water vapor permeability,and thermal conductivity of the three different condition of the insulation mortar were studied.These provide a foundation for testing the basic physical property parameters of the rock wool board and the insulation mortar.Then the test fixture and steady-state environment simulation device perform were made in order to perform vertical surface tensile test and heat and mass transfer test on prefabricated rock wool composite board.As are the study results shown as follows,(1)when the relative humidity of the environment is less than 90%,the moisture absorption rate of the rock wool board is less than 0.7%;(2)for the rock wool board that the moisture content is different,the laws of vertical and horizontal are completely different,and when the rock wool board is dry,the thermal conductivity of the vertical direction is larger than the horizontal direction.After the rock wool board absorbing water,the vertical thermal coefficient is smaller than the horizontal direction.Through the vertical surface tensile test and heat and mass transfer test research of the composite board,the composition of the composite board with better specifications is that the thickness and density of the rock wool board are 70 mm and 100?120kg/m3,respectively.The thicker of rock wool core material is 60 mm,and thick about the mortar layer is 10?20mm.
