Electronic Stability Control(ESC)is an important part of automotive active safety technology.It is a key technology for the bottom layer and actuators in vehicle control.It is the technical basis for realizing the intelligentization of automobiles and an important device for ensuring driving safety.ESC integrates anti-lock braking system(ABS),drive anti-skid control system(TCS)and yaw moment control(AYC)to coordinate braking,driving and steering to improve vehicle stability and ensure driving safety.ESC Key technology research is of great significance to the development of automotive technology.ESC's key technologies have long been monopolized by foreign countries.The independent ESC industrialization technology is still in its infancy,and domestic automakers are limited in the development of new models.ESC electronic control unit is one of the key components that limit ESC's independent industrialization.Integration,stability and reliability are the key factors in ESC electronic control unit design.Discrete design is the mainstream of current ESC electronic control unit design,and the cost is high.High stability and high reliability are not guaranteed.Since the large current in the motor drive process has strong electromagnetic interference to the controller signal,the electromagnetic interference(EMI)suppression of the motor is a key link in the design of the ESC electronic control unit.In order to ensure the efficient,stable and reliable operation of the ESC electronic control unit and meet the requirements of industrialization,it is especially important for the integrated design of the ESC electronic control unit and the EMI suppression of the motor.In this paper,the research work is as follows:Firstly,the integrated design work of the ESC electronic control unit was carried out.The integrated scheme of the application-specific integrated circuit(ASIC)and the dual-core lock-step master control chip MPC5744 P was used to carry out detailed scheme design,circuit design and communication system design,including short circuit.Reverse connection circuit design and 32-bit SPI communication,WatchDog,EEPROM and other low-level communication design;Secondly,the motor EMI problem and motor operating characteristics in the existing system are analyzed in detail.The motor speed estimation and motor soft start strategy are proposed to suppress the motor EMI.The motor EMI test under different conditions is carried out,and the motor speed estimation and soft start areverified.The strategy has a significant effect on motor EMI suppression,which improves the stability and reliability of the ESC electronic control unit;Finally,using commercial vehicle as the experimental platform,equipped with the ESC electronic control unit designed in this paper,the actual vehicle experiment research was carried out,and the motor speed estimation and motor soft start strategy were embedded into the core algorithm for a large number of real vehicle experiments.The experimental results show that ESC The electronic control unit has good signal robustness,high control precision,high stability and high reliability,and has the conditions for industrial application.
